What is the cost to have my BnB cleaned?
The average cost of cleaning a 2 bed Bnb is £70. This is a fixed cost, irrespective of the condition, time taken and includes tidying, cleaning, restocking, staging, reporting of any isssues and linen laundering.
N.B. If you use a seperate contractor for linen laundering, we can deliver and collect the laundry at the required location at an additional fee.
Do you require a minimum occupancy rate?
You have no way of ever predicting a definite occupancy rate, so we do not require a minimum, however should there be less than 4 changeovers a month, we may consider this as a domestic clean, which would fall under our charges for our domestic products.
Do you provide a laundry service?
Yes, this is included in the price that we quote, however should you use a seperate contractor, we can arrange delivery and collection for an additional fee.
Do you provide a keyholding service?
Yes. We provide a keyholding service which is chargeable at £150 per property, per year. This fee does not include any call out fees, should your guest require a replacement key.
Do you provide call out service?
Yes. As a standard fee, we charge £40 for a call out where a guest has lost a key. Should the guest require other items that were not added to the original booking, we can accomodate this, however there will be a minimum fee of the changeover.

Do You Use Your Own Cleaning Equipment & Products?
Yes. We bring our own hoover, mop, cloths and cleaning products – there is no need to worry about that, we’ve got it covered?
Billing
When will I receive my invoice?
You will be billed on or around the 25th of every month with payment due upon receipt.
How will I receive my invoice?
You will receive your invoice by email on or around the 25th of every month.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
Absolutely. If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please let us know. We will send you over a simple form to fill in online and then you’re good to go. Direct Debits are taken on the 20th of the month to ensure funds are received by the end of the month.
