Please enter the account details you would like you pay to be paid into. If you have a building society account, you may also need to provide us with a reference. If you are unsure you will need to contact them.
Do you have the right to work in the UK. We are legally required to ensure that all of our employees are entitled to work in the UK. The following documents are acceptable:
- UK or Irish Passport (Current or Expired)
- Certificate of Registration or Naturalisation as a British Citizen
- Biometric Immigration Document
- Immigration Status Document
- Frontier Worker Permit

Please tell us about your health. This is not us invading your privacy but more that we have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate health ailments that might make it difficult for you to work in our business. Please be honest, we do not judge.
We will need to DBS check all of our staff before officially starting and you must consent to this. If you choose not to, we will not be able to offer you a position within the business. It will be paid for by us but you will need to enter the appropriate details - we will contact you to arrange this.
If you would like to opt in to the company pension please select yes - we will contribute 3% and you will contribute 5% of your monthly earnings. If you don't wish to opt in that is not a problem, however if you earn over £520 per month we are legally required to opt you in. You will then have a choose to opt out but you will have to contact the company pension provider directly to opt out.
Please upload a copy of your P45 from your previous supplier if you have one - it can be any format. If this is your first job, you haven't worked for a while or you don't have your P45 do not panic. We will enter you into our payroll software with the standard details and if they are incorrect, HMRC will update us. Please note that if you did have a previous job and cannot find your P45, you may be taxed more or less, both of which you would be liable to pay to HMRC so we would encourage you to obtain a copy from your previous employer to ensure there are no nasty surprises.
